Football Pick Tracker helps you organize recreational football picks, view schedules and results, and send selected sheets to a pool manager. This policy covers the Local version. It does not describe a separate cloud or shared-account edition.
The app saves your registration name, email address, and phone number. The current registration screen requires all three. It also stores pool names, manager names and contact details, pool settings, team selections, tiebreaker totals, pick sheets, history, submission status, reminder preferences, favorite-team choices, and custom images and image settings.
These records are stored in app preferences or app-specific files. The Local app does not upload this profile and pick database to an MSE Software server or create an MSE Software online account.
Pick PDFs and image previews can include your name, phone number, pool name, season, week, selected teams, and tiebreaker total. Check the preview and recipient before sending.
When you authorize Gmail and choose to send, the app submits the message, recipient address, and attached PDF directly to Google’s Gmail API using your Google account. Google and the recipient process and retain the message under their own practices. The app keeps a local submission record when needed to track an uncertain send or finalize selected sheets. Gmail acceptance confirms submission, not delivery.
Text messaging and other available sharing options pass the sheet images or PDF, message text, and relevant recipient details to the app you choose. That app, its providers, your carrier, and recipients handle the communication. Charges may apply. Sent or exported copies are outside the Local app’s control.
Connecting Gmail requests permission to send email and obtain the selected account’s email address. This integration does not request inbox-reading permission. The app stores the connected email address locally and uses access tokens in memory; Google Play services manages authorization and renewal. The app does not ask for or store your Google password.
Disconnect Gmail removes the remembered sending address so you can choose an account again. It does not itself revoke Google’s authorization grant. To revoke access, remove the app’s connection in your Google Account’s third-party connections settings.
The app requests sports schedules, scores, point spreads, totals, news, rosters, and player availability from external sources, including GitHub-hosted nflverse data, ESPN, PropLine, NFL.com, and team websites. These services receive ordinary request information, such as your IP address and requested content. Requests may identify the team or player content requested. The sports-feed code does not attach your saved registration details, manager contacts, or picks.
The logo browser uses Google image search and websites you visit. Search terms and page requests are sent to those services. Pages may use cookies or other web technologies under their own policies. The Android logo WebView disables third-party cookies, but this does not prevent all website data handling.
Images selected through the device file picker, downloaded, or captured from a page are copied into app storage for customization. The app does not upload your selected local images to MSE Software.
Internet access supports online content and Gmail. With your permission and device settings, local kickoff notifications and alarms can remind you about picks, including after a restart. Reminder settings and plans are stored locally. Image selection uses the device file picker. Text sharing opens a messaging app. The app does not request permission to read your contacts or SMS inbox, or to access your microphone, camera, or precise location.
The Local app contains no integrated advertising, analytics, or remote crash-reporting service, and no code that sells your saved profile or picks. External websites opened through the app may have their own advertising and measurement practices.
Saved profiles, picks, pool records, and custom images remain in app storage until changed, removed, or cleared. Available pool and history controls remove the corresponding records. Reset App clears saved preferences, including profiles, pool settings, and pick history, but does not erase every app file, downloaded image, browser cookie, generated document, or already-sent message.
Android’s Clear storage option or uninstalling removes local app information more completely. Use these only when you intend to erase it. The app allows Android backup; eligible data may be backed up or restored depending on your device and backup settings. Manage backup copies through your device or backup provider.
Generated sharing files and temporary caches may be removed during routine maintenance. This does not remove copies sent, exported, backed up, or saved by another app or recipient. Revoke Google authorization separately in your Google Account settings. Disable reminders in the app or Android notification settings if you no longer want them.
App-controlled remote requests use HTTPS. Local records rely on Android app storage protections and your device security; preferences are not an encrypted vault. Email, texts, and recipients’ copies depend on the services involved. The app does not promise end-to-end encryption of those communications.
The app is not designed specifically for children. If you believe a child has provided information to MSE Software through a support request, contact us so we can address it.
Email timw.mseapps@gmail.com. We receive the details you choose to send and use them to respond. Do not send passwords, authorization tokens, or unnecessary sensitive information. MSE Software cannot directly erase private Local app storage on your device or recall messages held by recipients.
We may update this policy when features or practices change. This page will show the updated date. Material changes should also be reflected in the app and its Google Play disclosures.
